Help Button

About​

When editing a project, you can access help by using the Help button located within the Main Bar.

Show Embedded Help​

This option will display embedded help links inside the HMI. Clicking on one of these links will take you to the online documentation that is relevant to this section of the IDE.

Contact Support​

You can use our Support Widget to contact our Support Team directly from within the IDE. In order for us to help you as quickly as possible, please keep the following in mind:

  • Provide as much context information as possible.

  • Clearly describe the goal you want to achieve using HELIO.

  • Attach any relevant files or images, as they can often provide more information than words alone.
